  1. The sun, the moon, the tree of life and PEACE! Thank you, Katy. My country is very close of Ukraine. 😦 We are all worried, and of course we feel for the Ukrainians. ❤️ Terrible, terrible times…

    1. Oh Lord, Jo. I am so very sorry. I seriously can’t even imagine. I have been hearing all about what’s going on but have not watched the news on a long time. I just watched and it’s shattering. Terrible, indeed. For whatever it’s worth I’m sending so much Love Your way….and their way. This war and ALL the senseless atrocities going on all over the world at any given moment are dumbfounding…surely someday we will stop. Sending the hugest hugs Your way!!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖!!!

      1. Oh, and I thought that your lovely painting was dedicated to the war zone nearby me. 🙂 Well, the truth is that all the planet needs peace. Thank you for your hugs. ❤️ Let’s hope for the best.

        1. It WAS dedicated to that….I just can’t believe it’s happening. But truly….when something like that happens I am reminded that there is always war and inhumane cruelty somewhere….there is horrid human trafficking all the time….insane things going on under the radar. It seems when we pause to honor/send Love to one situation…ALL must be included. It’s all so seriously sad. But you were right; it was the invasion of Ukraine that made me draw and post that. ❤️❤️❤️

  3. Oh Katy what a precious post and gorgeous artwork. So appropriate considering what is happening in our world right now. Such a beautiful tree floating and the peace sign. We are all praying for the Ukrainian people. I always smile when I see your work my friend. Sending you lots of love. Also the dragons are on their way back bearing many gifts 🎁. I took a ride on one and dropped hand written prayers in the clouds ☁️ for God. Love you Katy, what a shimmering star ⭐️ you are. ❤️🤗🦋🙏🙏

    1. Dear Katy,

Hello! Thank you for leaving two comments on my posts entitled “🎊 Season’s Greetings: Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 🎄🎅☃️” and “🏝💗 Romancing by the Beach and Sea with True Love and Reminiscence 😶‍🌫🐚🐟” respectively. I shall endeavour to reply to you as soon as I can.

Moreover, I concur with Joni, and I have enjoyed reading your recent posts. You have such a sanguine outlook and positive spirit. Thank you for your commendable efforts in being so uplifting.

Considering that you have installed such a beautiful tree growing on the crescent moon decorated by the radiant sun and the peace sign, I shall resonate with your post entitled “begin with me” as follows:

Factories don’t make oxygen. Trees do. Respect nature.

This photo is also featured in my post entitled “The Quotation Fallacy“.

I love photos featuring magnificent trees full of character, and I often wonder what species of trees they belong to.

Do you have some favourite tree species and/or cultivars?

Happy March to you and Joni soon!

      Yours sincerely,
      SoundEagle

      1. Hello my friend what a sweet post. I have an appointment this morning but when I get home I am going to check out this post. I love your photograph and the message. I absolutely love trees. The old oaks and cypress trees with their roots growing out of the water are two of my favorites. I believe when I get to heaven I will be able to talk to trees.

What a lovely comment on Katy she is everything you said and more. I feel truly blessed by her friendship. She is a beautifully creative individual who is someone I greatly respect. Who doesn’t love that sweet voice of hers? Sending you big hugs. Thank you for your comment. I will spend some time on your site if I don’t do anything else today. Sending you a big hug and love. ❤️🤗🦋

        1. Dear Joni,

What a lovely reply you have composed here! Yes, I agree with you about Katy, and I am glad that you like my message about trees. We have something in common here insofar as we both adore trees. In particular, I have a special liking for variegated miniature conifers. They look so adorable! I also like trees in weeping form as well as maple trees. As you probably already know, maples are available in a huge variety of forms, sizes and colours. Therefore, you will be spoilt by choice should you decide to grow one or two. Otherwise, a conifer might also be a contender, and it too can come in great varieties, even those with coloured or variegated foliage. Conifers have the advantage of being cold-tolerant.

      2. Hey Sound Eagle!!! Thank You so very much!!! I SOOOO much enjoy Your posts! You astound me at how very much You gift every single time!!! Your work/offerings are so packed with Love and are truly mindblowing!!! That You find my work uplifting brings me joy! Thank You! And Thank You for the tree picture/quote that You share!!! I don’t have a favourite tree. They all completely fascinate me. They feel like our Elders to me. I often will call groups of tree “Grand Counsels” and individual trees that touch my heart (particularly ones I can climb into/cradle in) Grandmother or Grandfather. They are such Sentient Beings. Do You have a favourite tree species and/or cultivars? Happy March to You as well!!! Spring is coming!!!! How lovely! Sending hugs Your way! Cheers!!! 🤗❤️😊
